Sound integrated into the home

Home Audio System

An invisible audio system using transducers, an amplifier and a soundboard. Compact components allow the audio to become part of the furniture.

I created an invisible audio system using transducers, an amplifier and a soundboard. This type of audio system can be easily integrated into furniture because of the compact form and doesn’t need air displacement to have clear full range sound.
Technology — Thinner TVs mean smaller speakers that suffer in quality. The easiest solution is a soundbar, but they take up space and sound is directional. This virtual speaker uses haptic technology coupled with a specific soundboard material and amplifier, which gives omnidirectional audio. The audio system uses a combination of wired and wireless technologies: wired if your TV doesn’t have a Bluetooth transmitter, with wireless from any Bluetooth or Wi-Fi device.
